The design of this new tee bed facility allows production of 17 percent more double tees. The new facility also assures that the company can meet the growing demand for its revolutionary 15-foot-wide double tee, now and in the future, since the new building is expandable for increased production. The facility has three 440-foot-long beds, with forms for any size double tee. Each bed produces seven double tees, a total of 21 double tees per day. At full capacity, the building can also accommodate wall panel, column and spandrel production, providing 400 cubic yards of additional precast products per day.
