The award was accepted on December 4, 2006, by W. Thomas Kennedy III, President and CEO of High Industries, Inc., and Nevin D. Cooley, President and CEO of High Real Estate Group, LLC.

American Home Bank, N.A. breaks ground for new 43,000 SF headquarters in Mountville, PA

Mountville, PA — Officials of American Home Bank, N.A. and High Real Estate Group broke ground here today for a $6 million, 43,000-square-foot headquarters building being created by High for the bank. The building will be located on a six-acre tract at the intersection of Stony Battery and Hempland Roads in Mountville, West Hempfield Township, PA. The company will ultimately employ 225 people at its new facility, which is slated for completion in the late spring of 2005.

Greenfield Architects Completes Design for Homewood Suites Hotel

Lancaster, PA.—Greenfield Architects of Lancaster, Pa., announced that it completed the design drawings for a Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel to be built in Norristown, Pa., for Audubon Land Development.
 
High Construction Company, Lancaster, Pa., was selected as design-builder for the $10 million hotel which will comprise 123 guestrooms and five stories with more than 112,000-square-feet. Construction is slated to begin within the next few weeks.

The list is ranked by dollar volume of fees for 2003. Greenfield Architects was the highest ranked Pennsylvania-based architecture firm to make the list.
