Greenfield Architects Completes Design for Post & Schell Office Expansion

Lancaster, PA—Greenfield Architects completed design drawings for Post & Schell's Harrisburg office expansion at 17 North Second Street.

The 4,600-square-foot expansion on the 14th floor of the building includes two conference rooms, several work rooms, and a large expansion area. The new space will supplement the law firm's existing space on the 12th floor.

Highlights of the new space include many high-end finishes found in the firm's existing offices, such as marble flooring, African Anigre wood paneling, granite window sills, acoustical ceiling panels and tiles, and wood- or aluminum-framed doors with frosted glass side lights. Also featured along the walls are niches with specialty lighting to display artwork.

High Construction was selected as the design-builder for the project.

Post & Schell, founded in 1968, has approximately 160 lawyers practicing nationally out of seven offices. The law firm provides a full range of litigation, transactional, regulatory, compliance, consulting and educational services for its highly diverse client base.
